We frequently take photographs during the events and parties that we attend. Verbal consent will always be sought by the artist to the individual participants or responsible adult present with any child under 16yrs.
By booking with us and giving your verbal consent you grant the artist full rights to use the images and any reproductions or adaptions of the images for publicity.
This might include, but is not limited to, the right to use them on our Website, Social Media, Press Releases or Printed Marketing Tools.
On giving your verbal consent contact details and links to these policies will be given.
If you DO NOT wish to be photographed, please inform the artist prior to their attendance or on their arrival to your event. Where we will be more than happy to ensure no photos are taken at your event or of specific individuals.
You can contact us at anytime and ask us to remove any images that you have previously given consent to use and we will be more than happy to delete these from our website and social media. If we have used any of your images on our printed publicity or signs these will be removed and replaced as soon as it is possible.
We can take no responsibility for images that you have previously given consent for that have been shared, saved or edited by third parties.

Teddy Bear Entertainment will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. The only personal information collected is what is provided voluntarily by a client or prospective client.
We collect personal information primarily to enable us to provide clients with our services. Teddy Bear Entertainment may also use the information for marketing to you or for any other purpose permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When a treatment or product is purchased personal information will be requested in order to provide the requested treatment or product, provide updated information, and advise of other treatments and products, which may be of interest. You are not obligated to provide personal information however failure to do so may result in Teddy Bear Entertainment being unable to provide services or products to you.
Personal information is collected directly from clients or potential future clients when they personally complete and submit a client card and consent form to become a client of Teddy Bear Entertainment. This can be done in person at one of our clinics.
Collecting Sensitive Information
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy sensitive information means the information a client has disclosed to us about their physical and mental health and well-being.
Sensitive information will only ever be used for providing services to clients. Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in cases when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of Teddy Bear Entertainment or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy sensitive information is a subset of personal information.
Contact by Teddy Bear Entertainment
Teddy Bear Entertainment does not send advertising information without obtaining prior consent. If an individual receives communications from Teddy Bear Entertainment which they do not wish to receive, they may remove their name from the marketing database by contacting Teddy Bear Entertainment via the contact page on the website.
Individuals Right of Access
